Jonny Kidd is one of the few true wrestling legends still active on the British wrestling scene today.
Starting his career in 1978 this veteran of the sport appeared regularly on ITV's World of Sport where he captured the lightweight title during one of his many appearances over the course of a ten year period.
Even today Kidd is still winning titles and awards and in 2007 he won the coverted Golden Grappler Award beating off upcoming stars Yorgus Christopolos, Tex Benedict and Steve Grey.
